Job Description:

Work with High School Counseling Department to plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive program of guidance. Provide a proactive developmental program to encourage all students to maximize personal growth and development.  Work with school faculty and staff, students, parents and community to plan, implement, and evaluate student graduation plans.  Counsel students to fully develop each student’s academic, career, personal, and social abilities and address the needs of special populations. 

Start Date: July, 2024

Salary Structure: (Based on 2023-2024 Compensation Plan)

Minimum = $75,114

Salary commensurate with related experience

Qualifications:

*Minimum of five years successful teaching experience

*Valid Texas Teaching Certificate

*Valid Texas Counseling Certificate
