Job Description:

Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.  Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society. 

Start Date:  August, 2026

Salary Structure: (Based on 2025-2026 Compensation Plan)  (Includes $2,500 Life Skills Stipend)

0  Years  = $68,500

15 Years = $87,863

Add $1,200 for Master's Stipend

Add $5,000 for National Board Teacher Certification

Employment Days:  187

Qualifications:

Valid Texas Teaching Certificate for Content Area and Grade Level: Elementary 1-8, or EC-6 Generalist, or 4-8 Generalist. 

Applicants must have Special Education Certification.

ESL Certificate Preferred
