Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.  Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.

Salary Structure: (Based on 2020-2021 Compensation Plan)

Starting Date:  August, 2021

2020-2021 Teacher Salary Schedule:

0  Years  = $62,00

15 Years = $75,686

30 Years = $82,436

Add $1,200 for Master's Stipend.

Add $5,000 for National Board Teacher Certification

Qualifications:

*Valid Texas Teaching Certificate for Subject/Grade.

*Bilingual Certification

*NCLB Highly Qualified Teacher Status for Subject/Grade.

(EC-4 Generalist, EC-6 Generalist, 1-8 Elementary Self-Contained, PK-6 Self-Contained)

*ESL Certification Preferred

*30 Hours of GT Preparation Preferred
