Job description:

Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.  Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.  The teacher will provide dyslexia instruction to students who are identified for the district's regular education dyslexia program.  The position will require the person to serve students at multiple campuses.

Start Date:  August, 2021

Salary Structure: (Based on 2020-2021 Compensation Plan)

0  Years  = $62,000

15 Years = $75,686

Add $1,200 for Master's Stipend.

Add $5,000 for National Board Teacher Certification

Qualifications:

*Valid Texas Teaching Certificate for Subject/Grade

*Minimum five years successful teaching experience

*Neuhaus Training Preferred.....or willing to obtain training
