Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.  Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.

Salary Structure: (Based on 2023-2024 Compensation Plan)

  

2023-2024 Teacher Salary Schedule:

0  Years  = $65,000

15 Years = $80,626

30 Years = $87,222

Add $1,200 for Master's Stipend.

Add $5,000 for National Board Teacher Certification

 

Employment Days:  187

 

Qualifications:

*Valid Texas Teaching Certificate for Subject/Grade for CTE Construction Management including any Agriculture certification, Technology Education, Mathematics/Physical Science/Engineering, Secondary Industrial Arts/Technology, Trade & Industrial or Vocational Trades Certification (with appropriate work approval).
