Primary Purpose:
Serve as the district lead for student information systems (SIS) operations and data services. Oversee day-to-day Skyward Qmlativ system management, provide technical support and troubleshooting across campuses, and serve as the primary point of contact for system functionality and data processes. Lead district training initiatives, develop user documentation, and promote consistent, accurate, and effective use of district data systems.
Salary:
Minimum $76,300 (salary offered will be commensurate with related experience)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of student information systems, including Skyward Qmlativ, district software applications, and instructional technology programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
- Three years experience performing in technical systems or related field
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Skyward Qmlativ Student Information System
- Ensure student data is accurately and consistently maintained and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
- Coordinate Progress Reports, Report Cards, and other student information reports that go to parents, teachers, and administrators.
- Determine, create, and maintain the security roles for the different district positions.
- Maintain Staff Profiles.
- Maintain Student access configurations.
- Configure automatic emails and notifications.
- Facilitate configuration of Tardy Kiosk.
- Conduct grade audits.
Documentation and Training
- Plan, develop, and deliver district-wide SIS training programs.
- Offer ongoing support and refresher training as system updates occur.
- Provide support to all staff on gradebook, scheduling, master schedule building, etc.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, tutorials, and reference materials.
- Provide onboarding training for new staff - clerical, teacher, etc.
- Maintain a Parent Resource page for Family Access.
- Support online registration, including Family Access and address approvals.
- Analyze system usage trends and recommend training improvements.
Other
- Support the PEIMS department when needed.
- Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rule, and local board policy.
- Other duties as assigned.
